Return Process

  Contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item to start the return process.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the sofa is in its original condition and securely wrapped; we will coordinate a professional furniture courier to collect the item from your home.

  Quality Inspection

  Once the piece arrives back at our workshop, our artisans will inspect it to verify its condition and ensure no damage occurred during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  After a successful inspection, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees, within 7-10 business days.
